Body : The body sheets are selected as 4.2 mm S235JR in accordance with the material and
manufacturing requirements of the EN 13094:2008 standard and are welded using the robotic MIG welding method.
Dished : The dishes and baffles are designed and manufactured as 5.0 mm S235JR in accordance with
the EN 13094:2008 standard, fully meeting the strength and sealing requirements.
Chassis : The chassis and the entire vehicle structure have received type approval under EU 2018/858
and comply with relevant international standards. They are made of 6.0 mm S355JR, 8.0 mm S355JR, and 10.0 mm
S355JR materials.
Brake System : The braking system is designed and tested in accordance with ECE R13 regulations; it is
equipped with an electronic brake control (EBS) and anti-lock braking system (ABS) to provide high safety and
performance.
Axles : The 3x9 ton axles used in our tanker are sourced from industry-leading brands such as Saf
Holland, BPW, and Sertel, ensuring safe transportation in full compliance with EN 13094:2008 and ADR requirements.
Electrical System : All lighting and signaling systems are selected in accordance with UN ECE R48 regulations.
Tyres and Rims : The tire size used in our tankers is 385/65 R 22.5, and it is available with either aluminum or
steel rim options based on customer preference.
Test Process : All welds of our tanker are subjected to RT (Radiographic Testing) and leakage tests in
accordance with ISO 17636 standard, and have been successfully approved for compliance with ADR and EN 13094:2008
standards.
